That's my biggest question.

And this probably helps Cox get that next HC gig. He's got the experience. Probably a big salary bump too.

I wonder if Vanya moves up. Wade deserves an AHC role IMO.

But we've got big shoes to fill bc Cox is one of the best big man developers in college basketball. UT Austin should of hired him.

Again, this is a win-win for me. If Cox had to leave, I'm glad it's to one of my schools! It's past time for him to be a HC, tho.

Exactly! We had a volleyball assistant leave for a HC job. A WBB assistant left for a HC job. Two football assistants left for bigger jobs. Now Cox. Sure it's tough, but I think it's great news. I want us to have promotable assistants and head coaches.
