California Baptist's women finally faced a decent team in the WNIT and got blown out. Rice beat them 79-55. Cal Baptist finished 26-1. This shows just how weak the women's teams in the WAC were.

In another WNIT game of interest between two teams that the Ladyjacks faced this year, Houston beat Arizona State 50-48.
