We need UTA, UTRGV, and Utah Valley if possible to have football programs, for the WAC.

UTA had football up to 1985 and still have a stadium, that is a multi purpose facility.

He transferred to Tarleton so he could play this season, since Tarleton is an FCS school, which allows transfers to be eligible immediately. His father hinted that he may play at Tarleton for one year, then transfer back to an FBS school if he does well at Tarleton. He was beaten out as the starter at UK by Penn State transfer Will Levis. Levis has a stronger arm, and Allen is more of a touch passer. We'll see him in action, since Tarleton plays at SFA. My money will be on Trae Self in that QB matchup.

Wait, players transfer all the time and don't sit out. One of the proposals I have seen is to allow a student one transfer without sitting out but force them to sit out after that. Is this situation because he transferred so late?

Much needed renovations to Homer Bryce Stadium could be done with that. Improvements to the field house. Basically a number of the checklist items that SFA must improve could be taken care of.
