Ya I think you just mandate 8 as the minimum number of football teams for a conference to solve most of that problem.

I don't hate the idea, but I think there are better reforms than 32 teams.

The last guy was a stupid high risk low reward hire. Herman might be a good coach but he had no experience with a big program like Texas.

Sark has helped get Texas to a better spot than they were at least last year. They, just like us, just need to learn how to finish. I think Texas fans just need to do what they're incapable of, being patient.

Nah I think the big difference is Texas was dominating all the games with Sark. Just couldn't finish. In the past they usually struggled and kept it close. Now they dominate then fall apart.

The biggest problem at Texas is that the fans with big bank accounts think they run the place. And they do.

Tech just fired Wells.

A game away from bowl eligibility with 4 remaining. I don't think Wells was the right hire, but I also don't think that Texas Tech realizes that they're Texas Tech.

At least let him finish out the season…do they expect to get a superstar hire a little over halfway through the season? Just do like LSU did so you can actively search for a new coach while finishing the season off.

A dark horse candidate who wouldn't surprise me is Graham Harrell. I think before taking the USC offensive coordinator job he could've easily gotten an FCS head coaching job.
