Sad to see that Alcorn St (who beat NW St Saturday) couldn't practice on Monday or Tuesday for their $$ game vs South Alabama on Saturday. They don't have a full time trainer and their part time trainers are out with Covid positives. They are left with no medical folks on hand so couldn't practice. Article also says if they have to cancel they would owe South Alabama money.

I don't think there are any rules in the transfer portal. It's Thunderdome.
From what I understand yes. Basically it's open recruitment at that point.
