Our right person has been sitting next to Kellogg for years but at this point we're probably at risk of losing him to the transfer portal to WVU too.

I've been trying to get an idea of what the assistants at WVU made, I'd assume it's 150-175k for an AHC based on what I saw for other Big 12 schools, which is about the same as SFA HC.

But he may not be able to wait multiple weeks if SFA draws this out.

Plus that WVU job isn't a total rebuild, they won like 20 games and made the tourney. So they might be able to win big fast and then he's coaching somewhere in a P6 at 4-500k like Kellogg is.

I think he's the right guy and I think he wants the chance to lead our program but he might not be able to wait forever if he has other opportunities knocking.

Ugh, this portal. Jackson State is now Colorado, SFA is now WVU with more to come. I can't blame the kids or coaches. Commitment has been redefined from a program to a coach. Zya confirmed as much in her WVU message.. With that being said, I have decided not to enter my name into the fan transfer portal and will remain a Ladyjack fan forever, per my original commitment. WVU is almost heaven only because the piney woods are heaven. How ya like that one!

Someone should alert the candidates to bring lots of reinforcements with them.....the cupboard is just about bare.

The Bishop continuity plan is a bust now.....but his knowledge of the system and I would guess of our recruits still could be helpful.
