. Just a guess, A&M wont play us? Certainly they'd never return the trip.

He's said in the past that there are a few schools or coaches that he's too close to and doesn't want to play. The Keller's are very close to A&M and a lot of people there.

Really good article. One thing that stands out is Coach K said Jalil has lost 15 lbs since being here. Needs to lose another 20 lbs. Watching his highlights on YouTube he was real active and fast for his size. Really looking forward to see what he can do this fall.

Teams in the Northern Classic now include SFA, UC-Irvine, Quinnipiac, New Hampshire, UNC-Greensboro, and Middle Tennessee. Looks like this will be a six-team tournament rather than an eight team one as previously planned. This is a multi-team exempt tournament (MTE) which allows teams to play a few extra games above the NCAA's 28 game regular-season limit. I can see SFA coming away with three wins in this thing.

True. If Monty an Jilil are as advertised we should be solid. It's not like they are coming out of high school and don't know what to expect. Always a lot of ifs this time of year. New guys with returning players will be fun to watch.
