RV Rice moves to 10-1 on the season with a five set win over #3 UT by a score of 25-22, 25-18, 13-25, 14-25, 15-13.

That should help the SFA RPI.

Chicago St. beat PV 25-21, 25-12, 25-14. If we don't play better than we did against PV, we lose.

UTA over Chicago State 3-1. Chicago State plays solid defense. Offense, not so much. UTA is tall. SFA should beat both, but must do better than today against PV.

12-1 non conference. All on the road. When this team is on, they are special. Depth is my only concern at this point. We need to stay healthy.

Great that you went to the effort!!! Sad that NCAA D1 volleyball media is so shallow that they can't make out a true legend coaching a wonderful game at an outstanding institution.

Ladyjacks up to "RV". Rice now ranked 22nd... Wow, we don't get any respect.

I didn't go thru the entire list of poll contributors but it looks like the HC at TAMU - CC voted for us along with the HC at Northern Kentucky. I didn't catch the other voter that voted for us but it wasn't Humphrey's as I believe coaches are not allowed to vote for there own team!

Don't go tomorrow. A&M-Corpus on Thursday at 6:30, and UIW on Saturday at 1:00.

Corpus is probably one of the top teams in the conference. Hope there is a great crowd for that one. We won't make either because of a trip we had planned for well over a year.
