Not surprised at all. He has a strong influence from his mother, and her tweets during the season had shown that she was not happy with his lack of playing time at SFA. Score one for Mama.

Well now with 2 transfers and Roti and Nigel gone next year recruiting becomes even more important. We may still have a good returning group but there are many holes to fill now, beyond the badly needed inside help

Seniors: Cajuste, Beaubrun, Nana, Hayman
Juniors: Hall, Armbrester, Jossell
Sophomore: Scott

So 8 returners so far as long as no one else hits the portal. They were all at the Ladyjacks game, so I'll read that as a good sign. 5 spots to fill.

Southwick & Christmas? Need a lot more than that.

Scott's a walk on isn't he? 27 total minutes with 23 of them coming against Paul Quinn and North American.

Redshirting a player when we were out of players would make no sense to me. But then, there is a lot that confuses me.

If he's (D.Scott) a walk on, and was only used in one game, couldn't this year be counted as red-shirt year? From the warm-ups I thought I saw him in (Seattle, GCU, in person) he seemed pretty confident with the ball in his hand. I'm not sure what slot he is projected at, but my guess would be. 2/3 combo guy. Kind of like Haymon only smaller, when we need bigger.

Agreed. Keller has a "philosophy". I do not understand it. I love the way his guys play though.

This guy may be an absolute stud.

But, initially, he doesn't seem like someone who will move to the needle as a "win now" kind of signee.

Maybe I'm wrong, but 3/2 for CBU doesn't inspire me.

Seems to be a very athletic 6'7". The coaches have seen him twice, so they've apparently liked what they've seen. Rising junior, I assume.

As MasterAxe said, this probable signing doesn't really inspire me either.

Looks like we added some size with the Stone pickup. Now we have Nana, Jalil, Southwick and Stone.

Still need to add a proven stud that is a big. Wonder if the kid from Atlanta wants to play closer to home.
