That's insane. They had some good young talent with Lutz and Willis.

I hate to see that for them...I will say this though. This is two consecutive years where transfers are a big deal. I understand last year with a new coach coming in. This group is all his, and for them to leave this quickly??? Something is off in San Antonio...

I would say that he did adequately all things considered. A late season collapse kept them from Katy, but he had them in the thick of it until the last two weeks.

It's not that surprising really IMO. We're in the world of transfers, and every year there will be more and more. And unfortunately, I don't blame some of the kids at the UIW's and HBU's that are actually decent players. There's been several from the bottom of our league that lost really good players. HBU had the SLC freshman of the year and is now playing at St. Johns.

A decent player, but not great. He had an otherworldly game shooting threes against us a couple of years ago, but other than that, nah....

Started all 31 games, averaging over 32 minutes per game. 12.2 ppg, and 7.6 rebounds per game. Over 3 blocks per game. Solid player.

This hurts the Southland more than anything. The inability of teams to retain players...No continuity. No chemistry. Bad records and constant turnover at the HC position.
The refs are bad, but this turnover kills teams even more. That's why we struggle with OOC. Dont blame the players though. They are looking for the best situation for them...
