Spending to much time on KenPom, looking at player ratings and our incoming players. One of the lineups that really intrigues me:

PG - Keon Thompson - Has some upside that AJ didn't have
SG - Matt Hayman - Hoping for a breakout year
SF - Keith Lamar - Should help our shooting %
PF - Chrishawn Christmas - The man can play D.
C/PF - Nana - Offensive rating was 113. Can he improve?

. Finally got through and secured tickets. Some others not having any luck. Getting an answering machine but no one calls them back

I had been out of the country for 5 weeks. Upon my return, I had a voicemail from Matt regarding my season tickets. I called the ticket office, and the call was answered on the first ring. Matt apparently no longer works for SFA, but the gentleman who answered the phone renewed my tickets in under two minutes. I'll be receiving them electronically.

I have uncovered a trend. SFA has its biggest wins when someone on the team looks like they could be the mascot.

Obviously Walkup. Bain was rocking the Lumberjack look for the Duke season.

So, we got anyone looking like that this year?

Did the Jacks scrimmage anybody this weekend? Saw a number of teams had scrimmages but nothing on the Jacks. Baylor scrimmaged Grand Canyon. Baylor 83 GC 80.

A little lower than I expected. Adding Keon Thompson. We should be good. We will see how our on ball defense plays out this season.
