The wife and I were there. Ladyjack serving was the difference in the match. Different styles from different players, but all effective. The crowd really got into it from set two on. The 30-28 third set was nuts. The announced attendance was 491. Maybe. Easily could have put another 200 in there. Students sitting in the dorm are really missing out on a fun way two spend a couple of hours.

There are four seniors on the team that are all significant contributors but Peyton Redmond is special. She has to be a candidate for conference POY.

The three matches coming up at UNT are good ones on the road. The bulldogs are going down this time.

Sophomore Anyia Williams is a key member of the team and has been out the last six matches. Others have obviously stepped up, but it will be nice to get her back, whenever that is.

If you have a chance to attend one of the Ladyjack's matches this season, do it. You will not be disappointed.

Gotcha, I've been wondering that for weeks.

The Shockers were a NCAA Tournament team last season with a 29-4 overall record and 20-0 in conference and a win over #8 Creighton.

They did lose 6 seniors though from that team.

Ladyjacks 15-12 in the fifth for the win. Tougher than I expected. Just a couple of hours to rest for Mississippi State.

Wow. That 3:30 match is going to be a bigger ask now. We need some revenge on Mississippi State.

Also MSU lost in five to UNT Thursday and got swept by #14 Cal Poly today.

#14 Cal Poly and Wichita State went four sets causing the later start. Cal Poly won 3-1.

MSU is their 12th match in 16 days including trips to NY and Denton. And, these girls are full time students.

I'm impressed regardless of outcome.

SFA 25-16 in set one. This team is deep in addition to being good. Peyton Redmond,who was the mvp in our tournament and the Rice match did not play. She made the last serve in the UNT match so I think she is okay. Tired after so many six rotation matches probably. Hopefully.
