If I understood Keller correctly, they're both available to play now, albeit not at 100% for either of them.
The Keller and Bishop interviews have my hoops blood flowing now. Guess I'll be making the long drive to Nac for the doubleheader on Monday.

That's about what i see. I feel like Myles Jenkins is due to have some positive impact.

Really looking forward to watching how are bigs play. Nana, Clayton, Stone and Sylla should cause major issues for teams. Xmas also, love how he plays. Super athletic. Probably the player I'm most looking forward to watching is Chris. I think he has huge upside. Star player.
Also I want to see how the freshman Pangonis shoots the 3. He is my sleeper pick for this season.

That's as good a starting lineup as any. But I doubt that anyone will get more than 24-25 minutes, especially considering the competition. Everyone on the roster will get plenty of floor time.

If the Jacks don't improve there shooting it's going to be a long day.
Lumberjacks have now dropped below 50% in KenPom for the first time in a long while. We're still in second in the SLC, but regardless of recent reports, the SLC is not a good bball conference.

Ya. I noticed. Depressing. Lots of our KenPom stuff that is in the red, is ball handling related. I guess we could use a point guard .
One of these seasons we are going to start and finish with the same 9-10 core players.

Tonight: McNeese beat UNT, SELA beat ULM and UTRGV lost by 3 at #19 Wisconsin.

SFA has historically started slow, that's true. Even the year we absolutely DOMINATED WVU, we were pretty bad until conference play started.
That being said, I don't remember us being this dysfunctional. We are without a PG, so hopefully once we have a complete offense again, the team starts to get it together.

So, site was down through the final two days of the Axe 'Em Classic. Apparently the Lumberjacks needed a break from all the negativity. And since we weren't around to tell them what to do, they were able to roll off two straight wins. While far from being dominant, their offense did start to click at times well enough to put away Monmouth and Youngstown St.
Nana's three point shooting seemed to be the catalyst for both outings, although I felt like the offense was stale until Daveon started leading the point in the third game. He didn't play much more after the first half, but switching up the speeds got the Jacks out of a funk. Jenkins, Lamar, Hayman, and Stone along with Nana seems to be our core group moving forward.
