Would be great if all of our fans show up for the women. There'd be a chance the attendance there would be higher than the men's games. Actually if it's SFA/Lamar, with the amount of fans they'll bring...I bet it will be higher.

That would be a showdown for sure! And kinda thinking that is what will happen....Series is 1-1. Break the tie at the conference championship game. Oh the suspense!
Great job Chanell, Imani, and Stephanie! Definitely deserved all the accolades. The Ladyjacks didn't get as many Player of the Week awards this year (Lamar got tons) because we were so consistently a team. I hope that proves out in Katy that the best team is standing at the end. Visscher, Mitchell, and another Johnson sister will make the preseason awards next year.
There's always surprises on the women's side at Katy, but honestly I was shocked that Sam lost to UCA today in the early game. Watching all the women's teams this year, I thought Sam was the closest to Lamar and us. Another 8 seed advances.

This would be a year to come back to dominance. We all remember the 25 or so years where it seemed the Ladyjacks NEVER lost. Why not get it going again?
