What's the line on this game? If we have a shot at beating an FBS opponent, most years it's gonna be SMU.

I think that makes the Sawyer injury so much more painful, because we did have a chance to keep up with SMU. If we get a good showing out of Blumrick maybe we still have a chance.
But I do like this schedule choice. I don't like us opening up against Big 12 powerhouses and just getting ourselves hurt, but playing sun belt, C-USA, or WAC opponents helps us out a lot more I think. It makes it a lot more manageable for an upset and since we're playing down to a skill level closer to us we have less of a chance of getting hurt.
Sure it's nice being in national tv in that opener, but losing by 60 is never nice.
