Carthel has been lobbying on twitter to play in the Sun Bowl. I think partly in jest, but I also wouldn't put it past him to show up with a team.

And I'm not gonna lie, making a bowl game before Sam even gets to FBS would just make my year. Unlikely though.

If it happened the Sun Bowl would be likely one of the most watched bowl games of the year. The story of an FCS team who hasn't played in a month coming in on less than a week's notice to take on a PAC-12 opponent would probably be pretty big.
And I would think with the rest and WSU not having time to study an ounce of game film on us, our defense would rattle them.

His tweets are gaining a ton of traction. I'd say it's still more than likely not gonna happen but the possibility is getting there.

not unfair at all.. I love him he just didnt want to be in Nacogdoches and play for SFASU its ok.. He was gone to Nevada and then came back after some persuading...its obvious he didnt want be in Nacogdoches..
