I. AM. DEAD.

Jeff Byrd is probably a great guy and the team probably really likes him...but, good Lord, it appears he can't coach a lick.
What an embarrassment. For the entire program.
Same crap again.
Slow start. Poor o-line play. Zero offensive creativity. Bad tackling. Constantly in wrong position on D.
But hey, All American Deep snapper!

Just saying 0-2 is looking a lot better than 0-3 this weekend. Thank you lightning.

Lamar and Houston Baptist are the only potential wins I see on the schedule. That may be being hopeful.
I consider a first down a win...for me and Nikki Wallace.MasterAxe said:SFAJack_76 said:

At this point I'd consider scoring 10 points a win

So, for the last three years in pre-season I have posted that I'm optimistic and have a good feeling about the season. If I ever post that in preseason again, please hit me with a shovel.

I recall the final scenes from from Star Trek The Revenge of Khan. Spock has to pull a power supply out of a malfunctioning nuclear power system. He does a miserable death. That's what Ryan Ivey is facing.

Man, I was not predicting this. Kind of glad that I'm not in a place where I can watch the game.
Feel bad for our kids. Any chance they had of a good season was dashed in the summer by a coach who couldn't get his crap together off the field.

Perhaps CC would have made a difference.
But, to me, we are lacking talent just about everywhere. We look slow, sloppy and basically overwhelmed at all positions.
We need lots of help. Not just coaching.
Easy fix: recruit all Lufkin, Longview and Carthage kids.
They know how to win.
