What ever happened to Tyler Chisom? He was projected a top 32 when we were offering. But he's not on the Top 100 nor in the honorable mention in the 2019 JUCO.

New offer to 2019 6'6 Calvin Solomon from Klein Forest. 15-6A Defensive POY. KF lost in the state title game.

To add McNeil and Solomon along with Pope and Hart. That is a solid class with one more spot available
Like Defensive POY.....would be great to get our swagger back and that would start with some hardnose defense.
I have not been able to find much on him. He made the 6A all tournament team and district defensive player of the year. Listed as a 6'7" PF. Looks light for a power forward, but can't tell. I have not found that he has any other offers.PurpleOut said:

He's more of a SF.
I've always been a believer that you don't need a "center" in this league. We never have before, and the few teams that do normally don't do very well. I'll take 3 guards and 2 forwards.

I'm ok with running that way as well because I think you can play more agile, but I think the ideal person is about TJ's size/athleticness.PurpleOut said:

I think Mitch is going to grow into his frame a bit, but will always be on the light side to truly play in the lane. That said, he's got the athletic talent to make up for a lot of it. Having a 3rd person who's a bit more of a bruiser would fill in nicely over the next 4 years IMO.
Saw Soloman play at the state tourney. Very impressive. In the semi finals he had 24 points, 7 rebounds, four assists and 3 steals. Would be a really good addition.

I guess we didn't need another Problem.....
Iona is kinda good. Even though they went 17-15 this year. they won their conference and they are going to their fourth straight ncaa tourney this year.

Personally, I'm glad he didn't accept our offer. I didn't go for the 420 reference as meaning his birthday. It's great as he said that he made it out of the hood, but sometimes you can't take the hood out of someone.
