Potential for the matches in Mobile to be played one week later, and the matches scheduled in Conway that weekend to be postponed or cancelled due to their Covid issues.

Fall sports have got to have extreme flexibility.

Ladyjacks take the first match 3-1. 25-18, 25-20, 20-25, 25-13. Humphreys substituted liberally in set 3.

Freshman Ilean Bradley led with 12 kills. Sophomore Payton Caerny was next with 10. Following them were Freshman Powell, Freshman Gillet, Sophomore Pagan, and Freshman Procious. Future?!

Senior Taya Mitchell did not play. Don't know why.

Next match scheduled to start at 3:00.

Five players with 7 or more kills. Three freshmen and two sophomores. Led by Cerny with 13.

Senior DS Bailey Mulder is no longer on the roster. Not a significant contributor, but is a spot where we are thin. Leaves us with senior Miller, and freshman Contreras. We need them to stay healthy.

Tough five set loss to go to 7-2 on the fall portion of the season. Still without senior Taya Mitchell. She very well could have been the difference in this match. Play UTEP later today. That is going to be a very tough match.

We hit .028 in the second set, then .633 in the third. That second set was ugly. All around, a solid four set win against a quality team to go to 9-2 on a really long season.

La Tech tomorrow at 11:00 AM.

Tarleton has UTA, TCU, and Texas Tech coming to Stephenville.
