The quality of the looks are why MIZZOU is up by 8 right now. I would expect our guards to shoot over 50% if they were that open.

At the half, we're still in it. And Mizzou CAN'T keep shooting like this!
We're playing great against a good team. Mizzou is unconscious right now in their shooting. If we can keep it up, we'll be there. We outplayed them on many fronts.
I would fully anticipate Mizzou continuing to shoot well from 3.
They are, by far, the best team we are going to face, with the best players and the best shooters.
We're just gonna have to live with the fact that this team is going to make a lot of three's against us, if we continue to give up open looks.

I want their PG completely shutdown the moment they cross the half court line. We need to force the other guards to play-make. If it gets beyond that, then cool it on the over-extending defense. Limit the space between us and the wings. And we need to hit our threes. Keep back door cutting because MIZZOU is giving alot of space down there.

I think he knows his role on the team and understands that get can get a better shot. But he has a soft touch and a decent three point shooter.

Guys, we just played two very good SEC teams dead even on their courts. Very heartbreaking, but SO PROUD OF OUR JACKS!
It hurts more when you know you can play against anyone. But we're playing tourney level basketball in December.

This may be hyperbole, but I see no reason we cant/wont go 16-2 or better in the SLC.
Zero reason we should lose multiple games. Granted, there will be a team that gets ungodly hot from 3 all game, but we are clearly the cream of the conference.
Just dont get anyone hurt in a totally meaningless game against Arlington Baptist.

Yeah we could have easily won that at the end, however, we didn't even play our best game and the shots weren't falling like they can. This team will get better and more cohesive and we nearly took down a hell of a MIZZOU team so early in the season. This team is ridiculously tough physically and mentally. There are times where it feels like these Jacks will demolish anything in front of them. I am super proud of these guys.
