Syracuse ran a zone successfully for several years. You need the right pieces.

I still feel like he will do adaptable defense. If we have a zone minded coach for zone time go for it. If we have a coach that knows press really well go that route. Be flexible don't stick with one style.

Again, Coach Matt is looking for shooters and this guy can get hot.

On social media, Williams lists numerous schools who have contacted him. SFA is not among them.

It's different. Almost like. 1-3-1 except the wings cover the corners instead of having a traditional baseline runner covering. I've heard him say he felt like his zone defense is what gave them an edge at the level he was coming from. Part of that was the way their schedule was set up. If I'm not mistaken they played Friday/Saturday in their conference. He felt like the zone was hard to prepare for in that setup. I imagine it will be a change of pace defense as opposed to an all the time thing, as someone mentioned before.

Jerald is also F/C not just a forward kind of multitool like Christmas.

There is also Ahamed Mohammed another Point Guard so thats two.

One last edit. Max roster size is 15 if doing this Revenue Sharing Plan(?) if not it can be 13 with 2 Walk ons.
