Practice fodder, perhaps? This young man will have a lot to learn. Probably a couple of years away from being a contributor if he stays that long, IMO.

Any word if there is going to be another Thanksgiving Lumberjack Classic this fall? I really enjoyed going to it but the attendance was so bad.

Let's rebuild the program…. then have an invitational.

This team should have some diamonds in the rough. Anxious to see who excels. D1 is a learning curve. Sometimes it just clicks for a player. Watch out for Melvin, it may be hard to keep him. Wish Pangonis would have stayed.

Agree regarding Pangonnis He would have been an excellent compliment.

I'm not as concerned as I was last off season. We are 3 deep with suitable ball handlers. Jerald Colonel, Christmas and the guy from Lithuania should give us some rumblers. The players that are coming ALL have better shooting track record than 24/25 edition.

We also have closer to a full roster. I think we came into last season with 8 or 9 healthy players. With 14 , I think we have some options if we do have a couple of injuries.

Don't forget about Christian Green in the paint. In his conference he was 7th in scoring 16.6 ppg and 5th in rebounds 7.6 rpg. Looking for him to have a big season for the Jacks. He's going to be ready to rumble.

Ya. I'm excited about a number of our recruits. I wasn't able to find film on all of them, but I was able to get clips of most of them. The one that surprised me the most, was Jerald Colonel. Not saying that he's the 2nd coming but he looks to have every bit of the offense capability as Nana. Probably more. Couldn't get a read on his defense, but I expect Brauer's squads to be strong defensively.

If we get the turnover situation under control, we should be measurably stronger on offense next season. Defense , is a question mark. We have Christmas. You know that guy brings it every night.

Like the block he put on Simmons in the final seconds a couple years ago in the WAC tourney? I can think of several games where he came up big in crunch time.
