NMSU up 30 to SUU's 14. Great game plan by Jody Adams.

At the half... NMSU 30, SUU 14.

SUU went the last five minutes of the half without scoring.

NMSU up by 1....horrible 3rd for them. Let's see how they respond to SUU, who decided to start making their 3s finally.

NMSU completely came unglued in the 3rd quarter. SUU ouscored them 21-6. Aggies lead 36-35 to start the 4th.

For sure...one coach, UTA I think , that a team can't put themselves in a position where outcome is based off of one or two calls. I get that and agree; however there have been several games where it has come down to that. Entertaining to watch but man, nit the best position to be in!

Saying all that, NMSU 3rd qtr really killed them. Had they made more points, likely wouldn't be talking about them still. Jody Adams is gonna have NMSU being competitive even more next year , IMO, even moving to a new conference. She made a HUGE impact in one season. I'm very impressed.

Looking for a strong kickoff to the game today. Want to put them away early and break their will.

I'm walking around Fort Worth right now and there are basketball fans from all over the American conference here. It's amazing seeing the amount of fans from Cincinnati, Florida, North Carolina.

CBU already nailing 3 pointers just like game at Nac. Going to have to get out on those shooters.

Down 19-8 after 1st! Ouch...

Ladyjacks held scoreless for 3:45 of 1st qtr.

I don't want to sound misguided but SFA missed 8 or 9 layups in 1st. Many were challenged shots but going to have to start making some of those especially if we don't stop their 3s.

Only positive of 1st qtr was CBU had 6 fouls to our none.

CBU already 6 3 pointers early 2nd.

NOTHING going our way at all! Down 32-17...not a misprint!

Getting Completely outplayed, outshot....CBU rolling .

CBU with 2 girls on bench with 3 fouls, still we have no answer. Yet.....

They've got our number. It's almost like we are afraid of CBU. CBU? WaTF

We have struggled to convert in these short shots for a few games. We are missing on so many easy conversions. Not just this game …. Ugh.

SFA 4 of 24 on FG shooting. Now CBU driving the lane for easy buckets.

Only good thing about that half is that it is OVER...

Disappointed. Looks like a wipeout. We can't find anything.

Of the two SFA basketball teams, I have much more faith in Kellogg & Co. to figure out a way to get back in the game.

If we can play a half that bad, so can they.

First 4:00 of the third quarter are crucial. If we can make them start to doubt, we can make this happen.
