3/18 on 3s. 11/20 on FTs. That sums it up.

Lots of truth there purpleballs. Alcorn has taken it to us in the PressU style and we have had no answers, terrible shooting % tonight FG and FT.
Early season clunker for us yes...but Alcorn just flat out outplayed us by playing their tempo, street ball however you want to word it.

Wake Forest did edge out Utah Valley in OT. We didn't play Wake tonight.

Just one of those games. The bucket had a lid on it for us. Alcorn St just the better team tonight.

Honestly not super mad about underperforming tonight if we can refocus for the coming road trip.

Poor shooting from the floor and free throws, not rebounding, too many fouls, and HORRIBLE broadcast just equals a BAD night. Put it behind us and on to the next one!

On the plus side of relative scoring, #1 UNC is only up on GW by the same amount we were at this point in the game (9 minutes left).

Yes, he had 7 assist.

Hall went 6 of 9 for 16 points 5 rebounds, and 1 block.

SFA was out rebounded 32-28, seemed like more than that with how the Braves hustled around the basket.

One thing the announcers got right tonight is how prepared Alcorn was for the pick-n-roll. They fought over it everytime. Alcorn shot poorly in the first half but their defense kept them in the game until the shots started falling.

Also, I feel certain Keller and the staff tried to prepare the guys for the Alcorn defense but they looked surprised anyway. Sometimes, they just have to go through it and realize you know what your talking about (just like your kids).

This was just an off night all the way around. After the umpteenth missed layup and poor rebounding, I knew it was just one of those nights that happens sometimes. I think we will be fine. At least we didn't lose to NW State...

That's literally the curse. Literally.

Can't remember the last time I left before a game was over. That was awful. All aspects of the game. Proof that money and facilities don't win games.

Really could have used another big tonight. Any idea when Jilil and Robbie will be back?
