We just mugged the **** out of a guy, no call and then just got (IMO) two very very suspect charge calls go our way.

So according to the ESPN graphic ACU falls to 2-6 with an overall 5-12 record and we're now 14-3 and 7-1 in conference. Are southland refs running graphics now?

No worries, southland refs fry all our brains after a night like that.
Game felt very solid if not impressive. We stymied a decent offense and kept one of the best players in the conference pretty much off the score sheet. We also forced an embarrassing number of turnovers.
The Jacks are averaging just over 10 points per game more than the other team through 10 conference games. 9-1 halfway through the season. A win on Saturday will put us up two on the whole field. Just to be in this situation is a wonderful feeling.
You can tell this team is still hungry. Bearkat meat up next.

Our defense was on tonight. Don't remember how many points Ricks had but I know it was under 6?
Remember when we had 0 threes in that first half and then finished the game 7-13 (53.8%)...

Somehow Kohl made it without foul trouble which is an absolute miracle.
I guess Hart was in Keller's Dog House again.

Didn't realize how much we've missed Bain on defense. He's not going to provide much in the offensive side but we don't need him to. And Kevin has to quit being so careless with the ball. Realize he had 19 but he's got to stop turning the ball over so much.

Bain was a nice shot in the arm last night, but I was 50/50 on him overall. Maybe it was a little rust, but he seemed a little lost on offense. Not knowing where to go with the ball and screens, and just stagnated the offense some. Can't knock his hustle and defense though.purpleballs said:
