Hate that Bugs is out. He has the ability to turn a game around. Not complaining about Harris returning punts mind you but him making catches and Bugs making moves is a winning deal.

In regards to the odds posted above.....I have a current dream scenario-----SFA defeats Montana St and then South Dakota pulls the huge upset at Montana.
This would lead to SFA hosting a semi final vs South D. I would not think twice about skipping my relatives annual Christmas get together and head to Nac.

Me either, jboy. That was a fun trip, though, despite the eventual outcome. I still have the game program in my closet. Look at it occasionally. Great players on that team, just like now.

Agreed. The bigger picture of reported attendance seems to go like this:

Sam Houston reports 3700 at Shell Stadium - actual 370

SFA reports 8900 at HB - actual looks more like 12000.

I'm debating if I should email the AD about it. But I don't know if it would even be a worthy cause to fight.

My only guess as to why the attendance is so weird and they're not counting attendance is that they can't think of a way to accurately do it.

I recall when I was a student the ticket takers at Basketball games had clickers they would click for every student that walked in, and that's how they did it, but I don't remember football ever doing that so I think they used to just guess at student attendance for football.

You'd think they'd want to show that our football games are well attended now to further justify the building of a new stadium. To show we can sell it our on a consistent basis.

Exactly. I've been debating whether to ask the AD about it. But if there is any fight for it.

Yes, I remember the clickers, but I'm not seeing them anymore, and yes, I agree over estimate rather than under estimate on the attendance, geez, Tarleton State does it all the time.
