A couple of i's to dot and t's to cross, but around the beginning of August I'll be the new assistant pro for the 3 courses in Columbus, GA and will oversee the junior program for the city and Godwin Creek. Excited to get started!

Could this be a "home" course for SFA golf?

Someone within the athletic department or golf program should already be in contact about this AND about adding a dedicated SFA Golf practice facility. A few different programs with extremely nice facilities at "resort" courses (South Alabama at RTJ comes to mind).

If not, then they've just given up on competing in golf at this point.
