Son and I went to game today. First SFA baseball game ive seen since the early 90's. I know its one game but i didn't think they looked all that bad. UTA doesn't score 8 runs in the 4th without a little help from the wind. But overall had a great time as Cardenas called my son out of the stands and brought him to dugout so the players could autograph the sign he made. Also gave him a ball and he stood with team during the National Anthem. Its tough to defend a 3-22 record but I thought it was a class act by Cardenas.
The coach is, for sure, a player's coach/fan coach. I always loved his interactions with him on Twitter.purpleballs said:
