In the past, SFA has posted ticket blocks for the game.
SFAjacks website shows a 6:15 tip on Thursday. I don't follow college BB all that closely (only SFA) so I need a scouting report about TTech.
I'm guessing Isaac will have a scouting report up soon.

My personal opinion is that an auto bid should never be a play in game. That should be reserved solely for atlarge bubble teams.SFAJack_76 said:

They just tweeted that tickets are available through NCAA.org, which is TicketMaster. I'm assuming there is our individual allotment that will go on sale soon. Hopefully.

But at the same time, a win would put us on everyone in Texas' radar. Beat the best Texas team in the Big 12?
That'd be an eye opener. Plus, we'll get a decent amount more of local Houston/Dallas/SA coverage than we would get otherwise leading up to the game.

The biggest scouting report note out of the gate is Freshman Zhaire Smith. 1) He ultimately picked Texas Tech over SFA at the end. 2) He's really good.
Tech is going to be taller than most of our starting lineup, several guys in the 6'5 range, but that might give us a quickness advantage. Three 6'9+ guys, but I'm not 100% sure how they utilize them.
I've always thought that this has been a strength of our team: playing taller opponents. We're not small anymore (thank God!), but we're still fast enough to cause problems for those big guys. Small guys (like Veal) seem to be our Achilles heel.

Anyone know if we need to start lobbying CBS for SFA or Stephen F. Austin on the score ticker or did we already win that battle?
