This is a joke. Just crazy. I don't like the sub patterns at all. Officials are not consistent that I can see.

The lack of confidence and results shooting the ball are holding this team back and causing some major issues. We get some good movement and Kevon is wide open but drives into a packed demon defense, then loses the ball.

Win or lose, this is an embarrassing performance.

Correct. No confidence in their outside shots now.

Shouldn't happen with a squad as stacked as this one is. We've proven we can beat top tier teams. This is mental. Much of that is preparation.

We're looking a lot like last year's team... No confidence and couldn't shoot straight. This shouldn't be happening at this point. We're digressing rather than progressing.

Guys we are 0 from 16 from 3 right now. Players must not be shooting in practice at game speed, coaches need a wake up call.

We did lead from then on (15:00 left in game). As ugly as elements of the game were, this one was not in doubt. I'm not saying that we couldn't have won by 30, but our standards are becoming very high. I like that, but these are kids playing ball over Christmas break. 8 point wins are solid in my book whoever we play in our conference.

Yep. 0 fer a million from 3. 22-32 (69%) from inside the arc. I'll take 70% from inside any day. I think we'll step up for the UNO game. Home against an unbeaten team that has just inched by its games. I'll place my money on the home team.

I want to clear the air now. We should be concerned about the troublesome display we saw today. The team could not compensate for poor shooting, except for this time it didn't last for 5 minutes, it lasted for the entire game. No, maybe this game wasn't in question, but against good opponents like UNO, relying on squeezing by will result in loses. Forget the SLC crown right now, we need to find the formula to knock down long shots, otherwise we won't last very long.

Yes we did. But the playing field was even for both teams as far as Christmas break, etc. in fact, it was worse for NSU as their big players are all of a sudden no longer on the team. And this was a last place team before they lost their big players. Home is home, but SELA and now NSU should be concern for our road mentality. LSU, Missouri, La tech is past history. If we don't do better On the road in our conference we're on our way to 12-6 or 13-5. Of course, that's not horrible, but for this team and the talent, it is. We were loose for LSU, tech, and Missouri. We're just not loose on the conference road games. We play tight like we're so nervous about how good we're supposed to be. How many shots did we pass up just to try and dribble straight to the basket for a layup? Missing shots usually happens when you tighten up on the shot and dont execute form and steady motion. I saw that all night tonight.

BTW, as a humorous aside, did anyone notice the photo SFA athletics used on the game article was not so much him skying over the opponent, but getting head faked up into the air. Kind of sums up my feeling about this game.
