I thought it was a solid game overall against a good team. Johnson and Garcia looked like P4 type players. As billed, they were the best team that we have played this year.
We had some great shooting early. They adjusted for the most part after some early threes in the second half. We did not have a paint presence offensively, and they looked more active defensively.
I thought Braeuer had a winning game plan, but kind of like in the Fresno State game, we just didn't execute well in the final two minutes. But it should have been made clear in the timeout exactly what to do with the rebound on a missed free throw.
Solid game. We played well, they played well. Nothing to hang any heads over.

Lots of positives. Game could have went either way at their place. We are still in good shape to win the conference. McNeese will probably lose a couple more road games. We just have to take care of business….but when will Nicholls start getting some respect? lol
