We had our chances in last two minutes but shots just wouldn't fall. Kudos to the Cowboys. They did what it takes. We turned the ball over 15 times. But they forced the turnovers.
Didn't have a change to watch it. But to sum it up seems like we missed our chances when we could have made it. But hey at least we kept within the 2 when Vegas had it at 10(????). Time keep the foot on the gas and beat them when they come back to our house later in the year.
I thought it was a solid game overall against a good team. Johnson and Garcia looked like P4 type players. As billed, they were the best team that we have played this year.
We had some great shooting early. They adjusted for the most part after some early threes in the second half. We did not have a paint presence offensively, and they looked more active defensively.
I thought Braeuer had a winning game plan, but kind of like in the Fresno State game, we just didn't execute well in the final two minutes. But it should have been made clear in the timeout exactly what to do with the rebound on a missed free throw.

Watched the end. I honestly don't think Colonel think he would get the ball with so much time left to send a buzzer beater from basically the charity stripe. Don't think there was much hope there haha.

Nicholls has a pretty tough four game stretch on their hands. If they fare well against those games (McNeese and us included), then they can have respect.

Agree. It's unlikely that McNeese go through without any more losses. I think they lose 3 total in conference. We've gone through our toughest stretch imo. UIW will be a challenge. Nicholls.
I think we go 19-3 in conference. Could have an unpredictable loss and go 18-4 in conference. 18-4 +7-2 =25-6. If you gave me that number at the beginning of the year I'd say you were optimistic. Now, it seems very likely.
