Lamar currently sits in 6th place in the conference. They are 2-2; 7-6 overall. They beat Chi State and Sam. Lost to GCU by 1 point and NM St by 4 points.

We beat Tarleton by 29 and Sam by 27. Tarleton just beat Sam by 1. I say that's an even strength comparison.

I don't think it's gonna change much....unless we take a big L from a terrible team, which who knows with all this COVID stuff. But, I have been very impressed with how this team how battled when they are without major key players...

Happy to get this win. Two observations:

* Visscher was definitely having an off night, yet the team picked up the slack.

* Someone needs to tell the guy doing the broadcast the school is NOT called FSA. I've heard him say it 4 times already, and I'm only at halftime.

Catch my last sentence: "I'm only at halftime." I didn't watch the second half until after I posted this. I did not see the game live because I go to work at 4am.
