Jossell is a DUDE and I love it.

Based on our current style of play, I fully expect us to be tied with Jacksonville State at 55 with 3:00 left in our next game.

80-72 final. What a great game.

Goes as a loss. Doesn't help our stats. No NET bump for covering, but that may be a season changer.

Jackson St is 2-9 so Master is probably correct.

I hope Kansas loses rest of their games. Bunch of goofy looking people.

Considering the problems the team had just getting to Kansas, the fact that we were without Roti, the venue, and the fact they got some delicious home cooking, I am DAMN proud of what SFA did tonight.

Proud of these guys but man I wanted that one.

But they're growing in fits and bounds. This is a team that can win in March.

SFA scored more buckets, higher shooting percentage, high three percentage, more rebounds, more assists, more steals. But the foul differential (almost all with less than 12 minutes to go) was too much to overcome.

And if Martin hadn't hit that 35'+ three with a minute left, it probably ends different. Just a good game by both teams I thought. I love watching games like that.

KenPom bumps us back to where we were before the ULM loss.

Roti loss is going to be big. If he is there tonight I firmly believe we win. We got NOTHING out of Jaylon or Nigel.

I'm going to give Nigel a little break since he missed so many games, but he seems like the same player as last year so far. Streaky on offense and a C+ on defense.

Jaylon has the talent it appears, but hasn't crossed the hurdle yet to really impact games. He's 12 games into his career though, so I'm ok with his growth. Of course Roti will be missed.

Constant battle for midmajors.

We committed 20 turnovers. That killed us. Combine that with the fact we were called for 21 fouls and they were called for 11, resulting in them shooting 23 more free throws. I'm sorry in advance for going after the refs, but there is no way you have that foul disparity unless we took 50 outside shots. We made a concerted effort to get inside and go high-low. Plenty of home cooking in Lawrence.

W represented well. Down by three with a little over a minute to go with the #7 team in the nation

I'm okay with the loss. A lot of guys stepped up. David played his butt off. His ball handling has improved tremendously over the past 3 years. I get nervous when Calvin handles the ball, but he's actually pretty good. Gavin played really hard and gave KU fits inside. I'm stoked about Hall. A little disappointed with the lack of production with Posey, but it's his first year playing.

I have to say the KU fans were great. They really know how to support their team.

We played our butts off. As Issac pointed out on Twitter which is accurate, we handled the ball poorly, but other Han that we won the game. I saw someone say we need a big man and an perimeter shooter, but honestly Gavin did his job, and we shot well. It was a few key bad turnovers and that's it. We win the game tonight without one or two of those.
