Umm...I've watched our million times champion spirit teams plenty during games doing their cheers. And I always think "ok." Guess they are good.

But they have the mats on the court right now doing their full acrobatic competition routines, and I get it. This stuff is unbelievable.

This is just a theory, but my guess is that the team who practices flying around & pressing everyday would likely foul less, not more, than the team trying to do it on the fly.
