I think we are due for a good road victory. Hopefully we beat Sam, so they can go back to pretending that the fcs playoff is more important than the NCAA Tournament . at this point are bad road play has to be mental. Hopefully we can overcome that. I think the team needed to build their own identity separate from BU's team and hopefully they have done that.

I think we're getting the monkey off our back that plagued us through the first part of the season. Our players know they control their destiny, and I feel like they are starting to believe. Huge test #1: Beating UNO at home - check. Huge test #2: Beating Sam on the road....

My father-in-law may go and shoot the game for the Sentinel. If he does, then I'll probably go make the trip as well. I wouldn't mind this being my first away game.

Ya Purple.... went last year. I think the announced attendance was about 3800 or so. It was probably 2500 in purple or more.

its been an usually season. I've watched more games this season than ever before. In past seasons i could get away with watching only home games because a win was almost guaranteed.

Holyfield is getting clowned. He needs to man up or sit down. Defensive rebounding has been subpar. Shsu isn't working much offense and getting quality looks cuz of second chance points. We correct that and we will be just fine.

We just aren't nearly consistent enough to string together enough wins to get to a 1 or 2 seed. Mid table is where we are destined.

I'm disappointed but not disillusioned. I thought the Jacks played reasonably well for a road game against a decent team. Our Freshmen, Sophomores,and Juniors were simply bested by Prison Tech's Seniors. No way do I hang this one on Coach K. I though he coached his heart out in the second half, The offense bogged down for a stretch coming out of halftime, the shots didn't fall toward the end when we needed them to, and Prison Tech made their free throws all night long.

There's still time to improve enough to make a run in Katy. We just need to keep our eyes on the prize.

Well woke up this morning and saw the loss on my feed. You dont lose to Sam but I agree with Edstile. I don't blame the staff. The players just weren't prepared for a very focused Sam team. We didn't pull down enough boards on our end and Sam scored probably like 20 points just on second chance buckets. That's totally solvable.
