Nope. We don't have the right personnel for what we run and we didn't the past three years. Conque is either burnt out or the game has passed him by. This is not the master of D1aa in Arkansas...... oh yes he is. There's only one team. Darn. Hard to finish last when you're the only 1aa squad in state. That was a big part of his success that was not discounted when he was hired. His nearest "geographic" recruiting rivals where Missouri St and Northwestern St. Ya he's won some recruiting wars in Arkansas but he didn't have any competition!!!!!! I'm out. Till 2019. No point watching this trash next year. It ain't getting better.

It's time to try and find hungry young coach who looks at the Southland as an opportunity. Not just the same level of coaches making lateral moves. Easy for me to sit here and say that, but it can be done. My first question would be, "what is your opinion of the flanker screen?"

I don't disagree and understand the finances and he will get another year at least. But the same excuses every year wear thin. Every team deals with set backs, but we have no shown the ability to overcome.
