Can't say about Kylon, but the FCS instagram page posted pictures from SFA's practice in PVAMU's stadium this morning. Speedy was a participant.
I think there are presently only 5 FCS programs with indoor practice facilities so SFA will be joining a small group.

In carthel's presser this week he said they made the decision to play Gavin with 18 minutes before the game at ACU. I see Kitna is in the uniform pictures. May be some foreshadowing? Just an observation

Said it last week, saying it again: this game scares the daylights out of me. PVAM has tremendous athletes, their win-loss record is misleading, they have a really good head coach, and their stadium should be full and raucous. This isn't the Prairie View of old. Go get 'em, Jacks. Play your best game. You're going to need it.

Definitely wouldn't read into that. SFA has always used the backup QB in promotional photos. Gavin was used in some of the promo photos last year. Preston Weeks was used before that.

Yep I've seen enough. We are top 5.
Offense has a lot of inconsistency to work on before #5. This game could and should have been lights out by the half but offense has sputtered a few times now including that 3rd quarter pic.
We dropped a wide open ball that looked like a walkin td. Would have ended it.
And another drop. Yes it was behind but very catchable
Defense has played lights out tonight but appear to be starting to tire out. Offense needs to get back to running the ball and the clock.

I don't disagree but we are getting there offensively. Defensively, I don't think there's many teams better, if any.

Still plenty of things to work on particularly on the offensive end. Hope that Jenkins is okay since we did not see him in 2nd half and also Edimo who went down early.

I will say it. The 2026 Lumberjacks probably do to the 2025 Lumberjacks what Montana State did to them.
This team is special. I would feel very confident about anyone we end up facing. Do I think we're better than Montana State. No. No I don't. But I think this team matches up with them so much better than last years team did.
The offense does need to gain a little bit more consistency, but the weapons and versatility makes it more dangerous than last years I believe.
Also our ability to control the clock is unreal.
I agree this offense has weapons all over the place, so many options to go to at RB, WR, and now TE, so deep, someone goes down, another steps right in.
SFA survives that 3 of 4 on the road gauntlet, and now gets to enjoy 4 of 5 at home.
