Vidlak with only 67 yards passing on 14 of 19. Their guy has 145 on 11 of 22, with much of it on two plays.

We would be winning by a lot more if not for some dropped passes, but in really happy with this second half.
It was hard picking a Sawmill Sports Player of the Game, but it has to be the Punter From Down Under 2.0, Lachie Pozzobon! Lachie downed 2 punts inside the 1 and kept Cal Poly from anything resembling good starting field position all night! #AxeEm #ForTheBrand @PatMcAfeeShow pic.twitter.com/kjx7tfaawa

Punter is definitely my player of the game. Throughout it all he kept us in it until our offense was finally able to get going. Crazy how we replaced such a great Australian punter with another equally good Australian punter. Maybe even better.
As far as the game is concerned, I got really worried early, but those second half adjustments on offense combined with how lights out our defense played makes me feel a lot more comfortable moving forward.
Still need to clean things up and figure out how to start faster on offense. Definitely need to pass protect better and catch the ball when Vidlak puts it on the money, but we are trending in the right direction now. If we keep improving every week like this, we're going to be a hard team to beat.

Can't use my tickets for this game. 3 chair-backs, season tix row 44. Lean your head to the right and you're basically on the 50. Pm me with email and name. FCFS
It was another great weekend in Nacogdoches!
