I also heard spitting from the announcers so not sure how accurate but if he did spit he would be out on his ear in my book.
The taunting was equally stupid. They are looking harder at taunting this year so why play yourself into a dumb penalty.
I hate that Vidlak fumbled twice--it's his job as QB to protect the ball BUT the stupid penalties are indefensible.

I just don't see Carthel going anywhere until atleast 2027 when his contract is up and then who do we even find who can maybe capitalize on an East Texas Market of players and get some good transfers.
