So looks like we've got our 11 games. Commerce will have to be either Week Zero or Week 1, because Commerce is hosting Sacramento St on Sept 21st.

If we went week zero vs commerce, which would be cool if we got a tv matchup, would be a rare 3 bye weeks.

If we play commerce week 1, only two bye weeks, but nicely placed in late September and late October.

Two bye weeks mid season will be great. Gives us a chance to rest up and fix any issues before conference play starts and another rest before our final playoff push.

Just realized only 4 home games next year vs 7 road games will be tough. Unless we go for 12 games like APSU is.

Actually Ryan Ivey just confirmed to me that we will be playing 12 games in 2024 with 6 home games.

Hope Ivey gave you good info, 4 home games won't cut it. First 2 games will be very rough, UNT being FBS for awhile now and Montana St in Bozeman will be a hard win to get. Tough start to 2024.

We must be flexing someone to a home game in addition to adding another game.

Hopefully this also means we get a week zero game(by rule those have to be broadcast) so as long as it's not a beat down, will be good exposure.

Maybe we can get TSU or Grambling for home and home that week? Would be awesome to see their hands in person.

I got the same 12 game, 6 at home schedule from Ryan. Since he makes the football schedule, I suspect it is good information.

Expect the full schedule to be released in January.
