Saw reports that Central Arkansas is likely moving to the Atlantic Sun Conference in '21-'22....ugh. Eastern Kentucky and Jacksonville State will join them.

ASUN does not sponsor football. So either they stay with the SLC for football, or they find a new home for that too...
Upon a little research, looks like the ASUN football programs participate in the Big South...Looks like that would be their football home

The ASUN already has an agreement in place and has discussed combing and growing to 20 schools, which would then also sponsor football.
So this would be for all sports. I believe.

The Southland is on life support. LOL.
I'm wondering if the WAC plan is the same. Add 5-6 schools, travel for two years, then split along football lines.
The travel budget for anything but the Sun Belt or Southland is going to be a killer
Sunbelt ain't sending an invite. WAC will accommodate our needs. LOL.
I agree, without FBS football I don't see why the Sun Belt would consider us.

The ASUN wants them. Also Big South football is about to become a much powerful conference.
