Saw a post on Twitter this morning about how Clemson University Athletics monitors their athletes' social media accounts. They do a weekly public PowerPoint presentation showing what each student has posted and whether the posts raise concerns for the university.

I think it's a good idea. Some of you may think that's going too far in delving into their private lives. What say ye, Sawmillers?

As someone who thought they posted very intelligent stuff while in actuality posting very stupid stuff as an 18-23 year old, I like the idea. They're not calling them out in a forum open to the public, & they're probably helping keep them out of trouble in the long run.

I actually like TT's policy(?) started by one of the players
..turning in phones 1 or 2 nights before a game so they are Locked In. Now is that the reason they played for the title? Of course not. But I am sure it contributed to work ethic, blocking out negative/positive commentary, concentration, etc.
