They (UIW) prove how important coaching is in this league. They don't have any built in advantages:
1. Average stadium.... at best.
2. No history
3. Less than excited fan base
4. Etc.
Why they won the conference? Good coaching and molding a scheme to the best personnel they had. He (Eric Morris) did it with the same players that were less than average in 2017. Again we've been outflanked..... ugh.
