Byrd seems like a great guy.... the clips I've seen of two games indicate that we STILL don't have an offensive line. Also, Byrd was hired principally for defense and we gave up 31to UIW. That is confounding. Very. I mean we aren't talking UTSA we're talking UIW. Ugh and Yuck. ACU is better than UIW so I expect us to get our ass kicked.

Something to think about with UIW...A TON of money has been dumped into the program, and it is already paying dividends. Their new HC Eric Morris is REALLY good. Remember, he was OC at Tech before coming down, and that offense put up some monster numbers with him at the helm. They may be trash at a lot of sports, but football is moving in the right direction, and once the facilities catch up, who knows what they can be...
