In case you missed it, Mondo Duplantis broke his own world junior pole vault record Saturday, soaring 19' 5" at the Texas Relays. Deplantis is a HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR. He is (I believe) from Lake Charles and is headed to LSU in the Fall. AMAZING! Watch for him in the next Olympics.

I was hoping this was a post about him coming to SFA.

Duplantis older brother is the starting right fielder for LSU. Quite an athletic family.

Turned pro after one very successful year at LSU. Makes sense.
