The NCAA Commission on College Basketball has presented a list of recommendations for reforming scandal-ridden men's basketball, and the NCAA Board of Governors has unanimously endorsed them. Big changes will be coming in the months ahead. It will now be up to the Division I Council (mostly athletic directors) to turn the recommendations into rules.

I was worried it was going to be as loaded w/ marquee schools as the CFP board, but actually, there's a lot of our peers on this board. Maybe something useful will get done.
