Why is this not going to be streamed? I'll be at HBU for the Jacks game and would have loved to have seen it. I'm sure many of the recruits would, too.
I think they will be spread out as most of the signings happen at high schools and it would be too tough to coordinate for video.

Yeah National Signing Day can last the actual full day, all from different locations. Although almost everyone will sign before lunch. So it'd be tough to stream much.
I'm sure we'll get some instant tweets like normal when each LOI comes in.

In the past, they've streamed the HC discussing each of the recruits, along with short videos of them in action. Isn't that what Carthel is going to be doing at the Fredonia? That summary presentation is what I'm talking about, not streaming the whole day. Or is the Fredonia thing just a back-slapping feel-good affair with Q&A?PurpleOut said:

Relative to the average, I think we're going to have the best signing day class in Texas since Blinn landed Cam Newton.

If his LOI is turned in, that gives us a current signing class of 27 according to sfajacks.com
That would be 13 three star and 7 two star recruits.

The recruiting article on the SFA Athletics page says that the Jacks finished 3rd in FCS national recruiting and first in the SLC, according to 247 Sports. Can someone point me to where those 247 rankings can be found? I can't locate them.

Tyler Hall was a preferred walk-on at Arkansas who had several D-II offers coming out of high school. He only saw the field as a freshman in one knee-down situation, but he did practice with the Razorbacks' second team a few times due to their injury situation. He will be a redshirt freshman.TallTexan said:
