The Rangers broadcast tonight has been talking about the "Tarps Off" movement that has been sweeping the MLB this summer. If you don't know it's where whole sections of fans (male fans typically) strip their shirts off, swing them and cheer and chant.
Apparently it started with a SFA baseball club team that went to a Cardinals game when they were playing a tournament up in St. Louis. The team stripped their tops off and started cheering for the losing Cards who came back and won the game.
Social media has done its thing and now it's a national phenomenon.
