As if they haven't already suffered enough...

Virtually the entire city of Lake Charles is flooded. It is much worse than flooding that occurred after the two hurricanes that hit them. Those hurricanes caused wind damage. This is MAJOR flooding damage. Almost everything is under water. Dozens of rescues have been performed in the last 24 hours, and a state of emergency has been declared by their governor. Schools have been closed, as well as McNeese.

I have a good friend with disaster relief that has been there since the first hurricane. He says that there is still years of work left, and that was before these floods.
